This attractive apartment is on the first floor of one of the seven buildings in La Menara. It is accessed via a short open air staircase and is a 20 second walk from the pool. It has two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with huge bath and shower. The through lounge (29 square metres) has a two seater and a three seater sofa. The three seater converts to an extra bed if needed. At one end of the lounge area is a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and freezer. It also contains a washing machine and microwave. There is plentiful crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans.
The lounge contains a 32 inch flat screen television and DVD player. We have four UK channels (BBC 1 and 2, ITV and Channel 4) as well as numerous Spanish and Italian channels. It is possible to play your MP3 player through the HiFi system. If you don't have an MP3 player we have a good quality CD / Tape/ Radio. Your holiday photographs can also be seen on the TV / DVD if you put them on a USB stick. We have internet wifi access in the flat if you have a laptop for a flat fee of £7 regardless of length of stay. One bedroom opens out onto a good sized terrace. Plenty of room for sunbathing or drinks round the table on a balmy evening. The second terrace is a similar size at the top of the open stairway to the apartment. One of the attractions of this apartment is that when one terrace is in sunshine the other is in the shade. Both terraces have a table, chairs and umbrella. There are also four sunloungers for your use. For those that bring their car, or hire one during their stay at La Menara, you have your own reserved and shaded car parking space within the secure confines of this gated estate.
If you enjoy cycling we have a bicycle that you can use free of charge .... we just ask for a £100 returnable deposit. In the Vera area there are a large number of safe cycling lanes.
